Developer Note - Tax Category made by Default cannot be edited/deleted, only new categories created will be allowed to edit/delete if usage is 0.

Developer Note - Inter/Intra State Should go in Tax Category Table from Backend for Indian Taxes, which are CGST, SGST, IGST, cess. these 4 Categories will come with Indian Portal, Non Delete able.

Developer Note - Also Give Column of Non Delete able in Tax Category Table

Developer Note - When Tax Group gets updated, old records will not be changed, only new records will be changed

Developer Note - While Creating Tax Group (Non Delete able) Add a hidden column of Inter/Intra State for Indian GST. This will help us filter the DDL of Taxes in Indian Sale Purchase Scenario. When we create Invoice, if the place of supply is same as place of service start, then it is intra State otherwise inter state. (Only for Indian Users)
